Dan
Following a successful corporate career with HSBC, Dan started his Coaching career in February 2000, specialising initially in Health and Wellness.
After 6 years of helping people deal with their health issues, confidence and self-esteem, Dan gained some additional training and moved into the Life Coaching arena.
Having completed his Certificate in Coaching Skills through Coaching Development, Dan is currently working towards the PCC accreditation from the International Coach Federation (I.C.F).
Alongside his Life Coaching Practice, Dan runs and trains the Cracking Confidence Programmes, which are designed to help people overcome their challenges with confidence, self-esteem and assertiveness.
Dan’s work with corporate organisations and businesses includes the Life Coaching for Leaders Programme, where he works directly with staff on their personal goals and dreams, as part of the company’s benefits package.
Dan is an experienced public speaker, trainer and facilitator and works with groups from small teams to audiences of over 1000 people.
Dan has also appeared, in his capacity as a Life Coach, on ITV in an item called “The Panel Versus…” which is screened as part of ITV Central Tonight. He has also made appearances on local radio.
Ruth
Ruth is an experienced Life Coach, with a background in Health and Nutrition. She holds a Diploma in Life Coaching and runs Aquarius Coaching alongside her busy family life. She mainly coaches women, either face to face or over the telephone.
As a Mum with a young family herself, Ruth works with the growing number of “Mumpreneurs” who are designing their working lives around their families. She enjoys helping clients build their confidence and self-esteem, managing their precious time and being more effective at work and home.
Ruth is an expert at helping people to formulate and examine their options, create their action plan and then work with them to reach their goals.
An experienced trainer, facilitator and motivator, Ruth runs regular workshops and courses for groups large and small, within the private and public sector.
