		<description>In My Opinion,Don&#039;t be self conscious-This may also sound like a difficult tasks - especially if you&#039;ve been very self conscious for a long time - but being self conscious is only a habit - and habits can be changed very easily (honestly).When you start feeling self conscious or anxious about yourself, find something around you that you can look at and start to think about. The trick is to take your mind off your self, and focus it on something else.
